Yes, Soulseek is the best one I have come across by far.

acquisition for mac is pretty good, too.

what are you searching for? if it's something obscure, if you try putting it on your wishlist it'll usually pop up as soon as slsk finds some results.

Not to beat a dead horse, but Soulseek is great. I didn't have a computer for a while, then I got married, and aquired a new computer thanks to my wife already having one. So naturally I planned to get Soulseek again, and then a friend told me they were charging for it! $1.99 a month! Who can afford that?!? Thankfully he was mistaken, and I was able to continue stealing *ahem* borrowing and sharing music!

I used to have it, but then we got a new compouter and never got around to getting it back.
I always loved the "indie" room. hahaha...

Thanks for that. I've been using Soulseek for mac but it's still a beta version with bugs.

has anyone ever been prosecuted for downloading/sharing on soulseek?
