Sonic Youth makes their first announcement of live shows for 2007 beginning with these 2 dates on the East Coast:

February 14 Northampton, MA | The Academy of Music

February 16 New York City | Webster Hall

And then, as previously announced, the band travels to Japan in April to play three times with the tremendous Vooredoms:

April 17 Osaka | Namba Hatch
April 18 Nagoya | Diamond Hall
April 20 Tokyo | Studio Coast
