I watched a documentary on tv last night, about the last 24 hours of his life, and his overdose at the viper club in Vegas.
Interesting. Didn't know he was a pretty good musician. Never heard any of his songs.

You'd be glad to know that Gus Van Zant used(?) to be a rather talented musician too but last time i've heard his music was something like 13 years ago.He could have given Sebadoh a run for their money if he really applied himself.Not that it would take a huge effort to do that,mind.

Excellenmt movie. Poor River...kinda makes me wish Keanu had OD'd instead of him. It wouldn't have made nearly as much of a difference. River Phoenix was much more talented than Keanu Reeves ever was or will be (though his roles in Bill and Ted and A Scanner Darkly were pretty good).
