The mayor of the Hague has given a further statement about Snoop Dogg being banned. He said the city had information about "rivaling groups" planning to disrupt his show. Rivaling groups is generally a euphemism for football hooligans. Parkpop is an open, free-access festival with no pre-entry checks, etc so they think it's too much of a security risk.
It's not unlikely that Snoop having his picture taken in an Ajax-shirt last year has something to do with this:
