I was young and did not know it was that big of a deal. But after all that shit i do not trust them a bit. Here in Massachusetts we have mother's on the methadone clinic who don't get tested or any mothers for that matter. Difference is we're a liberal Commonwealth and Florida is a right wing conservative state. I doubt they do it in New York because of the size of the population has to make it cost prohibitive.
