exactly. That's why I respect you as well. And that's why I remain here. I know when I'm in the minority in my opinions, and although I might get some ribbing for say Death Proof for instance, I know that I'm "allowed" to have my own opinion and you guys respect that. There's a good ability here for us to all just be honest about what we like and don't like. And in the meantime, sometimes it leads to us turning each other on to new shit. And really that's what a board like THIS should be about.

I hate that most people dont see the art in horror. Horror is generally cast off as pr0n in a sense. "oh there's nothing to it -- some bad actors w bad dialogue say stuff and then fuc--- get killed."

god even something like I Know Who Killed Me was a million times more artful than -- I don't know what. But you know. Big movies that are supposed to be artful. Just the color palette of I Know Who Killed Me was beaitufil , of course borrowed mostly from the Italian Giallos, but still.

and there's lots of examples of this in horror. Amazing shots , colors , pacing, etc. But even the distributors dont care. Paramount has made a fortune off of bloodshed and is embarrassed to be known as such. Sad.
