The only band I can really say has ever "bored" me to the point where I didn't want to listen anymore is "Phish". Seriously, I like jam bands but there's a point where I just completely lose interest. Doesn't help they made a pretty mediocre cover of one of the best Ween songs ever.

Also, while I like them, Galaxy 500 is a pretty boring band (even compared to Low) so they'd be my number 2. It even sounds like 80% of their songs start on the same G chord.

Pavement is ace, I can't see how they can be considered "boring". Especially Wowee Zowee, that's probably their craziest/loudest album!
