They are mixed up....
I work two shifts (3-11pm, and 11-7am, all within the scheme of a week)...sometimes even working in a second part, part, part time job. This does mean that I sometimes must stay awake longer than I'd like in order to make time for playing my guitar/etc (not all the that important) and spending time with my girlfriend (very important).
I mean, I'm not one of those that drinks coffee all day long. I tend to enjoy a cup (or up to three, very rarely four) upon waking up or whenever I haven't slept at all (which is somewhat seldom...even though I don't always sleep for as long as I should).
And water for SURE! I don't drink as much as is recommended, but no doubt more than the average person. 2-3 bottles'glasses a day, and
almost always when eating out (which is often). I like water, and it does work wonders. On average I drink less than 4 bottles/cans of Coke (or the like) in a week.
I'll be better off once I quit being lazy and look for a job which consist of working the same shift all the time.
I rant too...all is well.
