THE POINT I AM MAKING is necessarily contradictory; I am ASKING YOU THE INTERNET how you deal with these two opposing views present in one issue. The two views (to recapitulate) are: 1) "Hey, isn't Hank great? Sure heckity I likes me some Hank" and 2) "Boy howdy, it's a shame that musicians are sometimes shit, sure heckity ain't it?" and the OVERALL question isn't one of trying to reconcile the two points but how to negotiate the tension.
