Yeah, I've heard that tube is louder, and the Line 6 only has one 12" so that's a difference there too, and it's a big difference. I only need to turn the Fender up to 2 1/2.

We're gonna be recording ourselves, and I'm dead broke so retubing/rebiasing won't happen. I had an old Fender PS300 bass head (their answer to the svt in the late 70's) that I paid $300 for. When I had it retubed/rebiased, it cost me the price I paid for it. Then I got rid of it. That head weighed around 80 pounds!
