I post on a forum where they edit your spelling mistakes, and delete posts that are syntactically dodgy, regardless of content. It's great. I wouldn't want it here, because it's not appropriate. 'Disrubtions' are pretty much all this board has. 'Disrubtions' is a synonym for distraction, which is a result of boredom/ stasis. I personally think the problems come when it all gets too meta-, or it all gets too cliquey. The clique sires the resistance, even though the resistance is inchoate and erratic. Essentially, I bear witness to the catatonia of mass-boredom. In more serious terms, it's a sub-sociological nightmare that fascinates and repells more than scat-porn.
