this is because your user group, dear SUPERMODERATOR, has been set-up half-assed.
you have likely not been given proper access for "can view rep", "can view user notes", etc.
this is evident because you are called "SUPERMODERATOR" and not something sonic-clever, like
SONIC NURSE or CINDERELLA'S BIG SCORE.
