I'll have to take yer word for it. Duck tacos are also on my list. I've had duck with tortillas...but ain't the same.
Still....Kimchi tacos are the best. No fucking joke.
However, one thing confuses me. I always thought Kimchi was simply the seasoned/pickled or wahtever chinese cabbage with other vegetables. This kimchi has pork included. still....Best fucking taco.
