Cool, with the exception of Suchfriends, this thread now has every poster here who might be able to help me with something: tacos.
1. Baja or Al Pastor?
2. Should the fish be grilled or fried or deep fried?
3. Are they really better south of the border?
4. How many should a reasonable-bordering-on-greedy person order in a single go?
5. Restaurant/cafe or street vendor?
6. Cheese or no cheese?
