--Okay, so the guy writes, "Kill your local judges" on his Facebook page.
--Threats are a bad thing.
--But this seems like a very generalized threat.
--The prosecutor claimed someone could read the statements and act on them. Fucking idiot prosecutor.
--Because I read the statements in the fucking article. If reading the words "Kill your local judges" would cause someone to commit the act, then the newspaper that printed the statement should be sentenced as well.
--Funny how 2nd amendment rights are ABSOLUTE! The first, not so much.
