i've been seeing them since the early 90s and yes, the lips put on a stage show...blah, blah, blah.
but if you want to talk about live bands, cornelius kills the flaming lips(who copied his live shows anyway) live.
no "boy in the bubble" stage show can come close to what cornelius does live.
also, he incorporates his multimedia show 10 times better and far more clever than the lips.
so, you guys looking for a "rivalry", why not compare the lips to the band that they've copied...cornelius?

He's done it lots of times. But the stage was too small for him to do it on Friday. I'm not trying to start shit. And I don't know who Cornelius is.
