ha ha ha, so... last week, inspired by your post, i bought me some cajun spices, some salt pork, a pound of small red beans, some rice, and i cooked it all over the weekend.

THAT STUFF IS LIKE A DRUG! i'm surprised it's still legal. it definitely breaks the laws of nature. i hope it's never banned by prudes. hot damn, it was BEYOND EXCELLENT. who would have thought i'd score such a feast for under 5 bucks. unreal.

my favorite beans used to be black beans but now the small red bean is up there too and with the louisiana cooking style it's just unreal. UNFUCKINGREAL.
