Houston Police Chief hits a pedestrian in downtown.
If any regular citizen was caught on camera hitting a pedestrian, who had the right of way, with their vehicle in this manner, would they receive a 1-day suspension and defensive driving? If I was this pedestrian I would sue the HELL out of this "Chief" and take ALL THE MONEY. Double standard for the cops. Oink Oink
