It's torture porn on the strength of two scenes but it's far too much of a headfuck to really just be thought of like that. It doesn't gross you out so much as leave you feeling sort of empty, depressed. It's a masterpiece but not one to be taken lightly. For me once was enough. Definitely watch it though.
