i think that you should just admit you got flustered and forgot yourself ikara.
if not then i'd have to say this is one of the worst back and forths i've ever seen on syg. you've tried to insinuate something about suchfriends character, based on nothing. you accuse him of evading the subject while doing so yourself in the most obvious way, then you resort to simply calling him conservative, as if that invalidates him, when he (quite politely given the circumstances) answers every single point you raised.
there's no way of reading of this were you don't look utterly awful. i have to say, without intending to be mean, that you are way out of line here.
not exactly a proud moment dude.
with this issue, too often emotion takes over from rationality, or decides to use it solely as a tool to justify itself. which doesn't help anyone.
