Well, come to think of it, I do have my own house. We bought it about 11 or 12 years ago for dirt cheap and it has roughly tripled in value since then.
Unfortunately, I am not remotely interested in selling, so this is not liquid wealth by any means.
Also, being currently laid off has put something of a cramp in my style.
