However similar they may have been, my impression is it wasn't just smartass vs. vindictive, but smart vs. moronic. On the other hand, there was also that comment by Kurt on the liner notes to some versions of
Incesticide, in which he called Courtney "the supreme example of dignity, ethics and honesty". As Nirvana fans know, I did
not make that shit up...
