He's already declared it done several times. What's on Tidal is an excellent album that got a 9.0 on pitchfork. If you wait, you may miss what's out now. And who knows, maybe this is the best version.
Also, I don't know that Kanye himself has said the album isn't finished. Not since Sunday anyway. I just read an article that said that.
Like it or not, a finished album dropped and went online on Sunday. If he changes it again, that's kinda cheating.
Unless he releases a hard copy of the album, he could keep fiddling with this record forever. And you and NR would never hear it if you didn't at some point just say "fuck it."
Besides its the best album of the year so far by leaps and fucking bounds. By miles. By light years. I honestly feel sorry for anyone who is listening to Future or Wiz and thinking what they're hearing is the best of the year's hip-hop so far.
(Though Evol is turning out to be pretty good)
