Well, I agree. But it's kind of an unfair comparison. Cheetah send to essentially just a glorified remix single (though I still have only heard the three tracks, so I suppose I could be wrong,) while Elseq is, as you say, basically
five albums' worth of new material. You're comparing the massive behemoth with a little release. Doesn't mean Autechre is better than Aphex Twin.
