a) the data on numbers killed is hard enough to calculate because the federal government doesn't keep this data, its found by investigating news sources that compile news from all over the nation.
b) anecdotal evidence suggests more are unarmed than not
c) remember even if the victims were committing a crime, we have due process, summary executions is not justice even for criminals
