well this is a big country with a lot of land, so there is a lot of cattle. you could come if trump lets you!

i like cheap meat cuts-- well prepared, they're the tastiest

pork is even cheaper btw. $1.50/lb at the right store. i roasted a pork shoulder last week, juicy and magnificent.

the week before that i went on a wednesday (when sales are on) and got a massive butt roast for $8. it was like, 12 lbs. i couldn't stop laughing. made some awesome carnitas and still have some frozen. beef is a splurge!
