Well our Lord Cuomo - who will probably be president in 2020 - is rebuilding LaGuardia Airport. He wants the tourists to be happy and have a mall-like experience. He won't extend the subway to the airport, however. He is going to start taxing people for moving through the streets of Manhattan so he can spend $200 million on pretty lights on a bridge so the tourists will be happy - he's stated this publicly. He can't seem to find any money for the subways other than increasing our taxes. But he can come up with $500 million to put in cashless tolls on the NY Thruway and get that fucking surveillance grid in place now!
