Anyway... “real” metal or not, Deafheaven and The Body have made me listen to metal again over the past few years. Sunbather was so goddamn good, and posed off so many homophobic bitchass metal heads it was glorious and hilarious. This new one has more riffage, less abrasion, but I like it.
But no, High on Fire they are not.
