Nothing wrong with eating meat, I don't believe my vegan friends. I watch too much Joe Rogan for that. Dr. Rhonda Patrick is a goddamn saint.

What I cut out was refined sugars and carbs. Last time I did this, I also hit 145 oddly enough. I had to stop. But maaaan was I proud of myself. Reducing my insulin levels does a lot for my mental clarity and I need every bit I can get.

Currently at 160. Tryna just tone up more than anything. I want muskles.

Only annoying thing is going out to eat with friends and tryna not appear like a freak-ass.

"Oh no toast or hash browns for me... can I get this burger without a bun? Do you offer it on a bed of lettuce?" It's amazing what people won't substitute. Safe bet is always a cobb salad for me.

At home is easy though. I can eat an entire pot roast in a single sitting, add some avocados for good measure, asparagus, mushrooms, etc. Always grilling burgers or baking chicken breasts and dousing them in habanero sauce.
