I paid 200 fucking Euro for a thorough test where they tested all sorts of things. In my case they say I'm borderline histamine intolerant - meaning, my results were on the border of yes and no. So I stick to the histamine diet but am not so strict about it.
But I guess it helps because I feel much better than I did one year ago.
