not sure if "selfish", im generous with my time and energy with those i relate to... i write, i call, i visit... i just don't like to relate to everyone. know what i mean?

who has time for 1000 superficial friendships? everyone a little tv station like in van zandt's "to die for". not for me.

i don't value the forced intimacy and too-wide openness of facefucks. for me getting to know people takes time, effort, and risk (the risk that they may turn to be assholes after you allow them in). so... yeah lololol.
