Sometimes I feel irritated about the things in life that irritate. Frustration. Dissatisfaction. But generally I don't have what I'd call depression, because it's not clinical depression. I can feel sad quite often, actually, but that's not the same. The sadness goes away after a duration, and is relieved by things like coffee, beer, the ones I love, music.
Is what you have true depression? Do you take medication for it?
