I make da moneh. (Pension + Air Force Reservist job). She is the mother of my child. I will have to buy both fucking houses. We need to sell this one so that we can do that. We need the big down payments in order to "live cheap". Because in 2 years, I reach retirement age for that job. So, I gotta do everything "respectfully". Thank fuck we can do this without lawyers and bullshit.
