The Bannon/Dotard "doctrine"
was sold specifically as anti-multilateral free trade agreements, but it's far more scattershot - it involves the annihilation of every single multilateral organization or accord on Earth, no matter how necessary and benefitial to humankind. The World Health Organization is the latest victim in a hit list that included the JCPOA and the Paris Agreement. Defunding it in the middle of an unprecedented worldwide pandemic truly is tantamount to a crime against humanity.
