I went to bed at like 3AM, shortly after the meeting was recommenced. Got out of bed at 9:30AM and just caught the final statements. So I guess the discussions and protests by Republicans had been silenced. Trump shot himself in the foot, his political career and his family's is done for good. At least I surely hope so.
What I do wonder is: where was the police, security, even military when Trump's troops stormed into the building? They should have seen this coming for days, weeks even! They should have stopped them from getting near the building. They should even have forbidden the protests because of Covid lockdown!
