Nothing wrong with wearing good quality jeans, if you can afford them. If the music you make is also great, even better. Just don't go on and on about 'revolutionary', 'radical', 'political' etc ideals when you are taking a simple garment to blah blah blah to the press because some hack needed something to write. That's not cool, is it? Nevermind the filthy commies not finding that cool. Thurston Moore, Henry Rollins, and Kim Gordon, for that matter, will never be taken seriously by actual revolutionaries. Enjoy their music, though, why not? Almost everyone loves music.
