i dont freak out about it though
im at 225 right now
ideal weight would be 190-200
thats the goal for this fall
i worked out all of my freshman year (2001-2002)
and then i stopped cause i felt like i could just chill
but i gained the weight back
so yeah
i started my diet 2 weeks ago
going to go work out for the first time in years in 30 minutes
woot. exciting.
