People who don't properly pack things piss me off, especially if I have paid any kind of real money for an album. I once had someone send a record inside a regular US Mail priority shipping envelope (the thin cardstock variety) with no other protection inside at all. What a moron. It's an absolute miracle that thing had no damage. I have seen things arrive basically folded in half before.
