I think the direction and concept were meh. Not horrid, not fantastic, but meh.

However, I also have a prejudice against all thinks Jake Gyllenhall, so that could have influenced it. His acting style is too choreographedly nonchalant to be convincing. Which amounted to the whole film as seeming like too much of an effort.

I'll admit the bunny gave me nightmares, but a lot of things do that.

A friend of mine keeps raving over Empire of the Sun, and I have yet to see that. But we split a newsgroup, and the asshole keeps hogging it. Torrents are wonderful, except when I'm seeding, it causes distortion on my phone as it's an internet phone.

Just in case anyone wanted that irrelevant drivel.
