Negativity breeds yet more negativity, so thanks for the negative topic, we really need more negativity here.
But to answer honestly, the people I strongly dislike who are still on my ignore list are

Thankfully, khchris(original) and I have buried the hatchet. He's too crafty to have as an enemy. Toilet & Bowels is another that I'd rather stay out of the way of really.
Daycare Nation, Letherneck4, and other various right-wingers and assorted nuts are also a source of aggravation because they are so insistently ignorant.
Cantankerous, Daddylikes and HaydenAsche have been perennial spewers of hatred that I have problems with from time to time, but we can also get along too. Ultimately, I find their idea of "fun on the internet" depressing and distressing.
