my friend was supposed to come over, his parents are out of town and they dont want him home so he came crawling to me for a bed. he was downtown earlier and called me at 8:30 saying he was on his way. he doesnt have a car and he left his bike elsewhere, he told me he isnt sure how long because getting a ride is a bitch. well here we are almost four hours later 11:50 and i havent heard a word from him, like if he couldnt manage to score a ride he'd atleast call right? he said he was thinking about sleeping in the streets for fun, which really would be fun but id prefer he calls me first. i mean its 7 miles away, he could walk here in 3 hours, although i would defiantly suspect him to be more prone to look for a ride for 4 hours rather than walk for 2 hours. he could have taken the bus too, only costs 75 cents and if he is hanging out downtown he must have money because what the fuck is there to do downtown if you dont have money? the buses go till 11:00, so he could have gotten there earlier but now thats out of the question. every car i hear go by i rush to the window to see if its him, i am defiantly starting to get worried.
a car - ill go check.... nope not him.
ugh, he has a cell phone. is it so damn hard to call? i would call him but his cell phone is broken so he is using his brothers, i talked to his brother earlier (before i got all worried) and asked him about the # and not even HE know... he said, "i use it to call, i never call it"
tommorow we were gonna hang out, he wanted me to come downtown today but i didnt really feel like it. got paid today so i guess ill fuck around, buying a creative vision:m tommorow since my cd player kicked the can a couple weeks ago and i feel the need to catch up on technological trends. might go to a movie... since i stopeed watching tv i feel really disconnected from society, i used to watch the news everyday. now people are talking about all this news and shit and i have no idea what they are talking about and i cant name two movies in the theatre right now because i havent seen any preview... jackass is the only one i know off, so we might see that.
ugh, i guess i am just spoiled... my mom usually doesnt care if i am late just as long as i stay in contact, and i dont even own a cell phone and i manage to do that. when i was younger my mom called it the C word, the big C word (communication if you are slow).
his parents are pretty laissez faire about such things, he comes and goes throught salem and his house as he pleases.
whatever, its 12:00... this took me like 10 minutes to write. fuck that, ive done more typing in the last couple hours then i have in 3 months of working a 40 hour a week job in front of a computer. it just has started pouring out, im not even on anything, i swear.
