I know what you mean.
Not really about smoking, but about other drugs.
It's so annoying that the only words I ever hear out of my (not really anymore) friend's mouth is "I'm so stoned/drunk" or "I was so high/drunk last night and I did the stupidest shit"
I don't care when people do it -just don't define yourself by it.
