the english lyrics version isn't a close translation but has almost entirely different content. i've always thought it was really cheesy, it sounds like it was done in 15 minutes. on top of that it just doesn't flow that much like it does in the original version. just compare the two:

I can see what you mean.English translations from foreign lyrics are genereally crap.
