Was that a podcast? About 4pm yesterday they had a jazz programme on and concentrated on a guy called Mynard Ferguson. It was cool. Lucie Skeaping's 'Early Music Show' is my favourite R3 programme though - music from throughout history, lots of wonderful stuff. She's an excellent vocalist and musician herself.
I'm listening to a CD one of her bands, The City Waites, right now, performing 17th Century popular music.
