if your amp has two inputs, yes you will. depending on the microphone you may need one of several cables to get it into your amp.
but this is the standard - xlr3 female -> unbalanced 1/4 inch tip/sleeve
if you want to make your own which is cheaper if you have a soldering iron i can email you a wiring diagram or i post one here
