I can't remember exactly...but is Big Sur a name of a town too ? Or is it just the whole area along the coast there ?
I drove it about 5 years ago. I stayed in Morro Bay...then cruized nice and easy up to Monterey. I took the whole day so I beachcombed, hiked the ridges and some creeks. Beautiful area, and in late March, nary a soul on the road ! Very mellow. Lots of new agey retreats there.
Oh and who is Bonnie Prince Billy ?
