We used a fairly heavy tripod so it wouldn't be that easy to just grab it and run. Also enough people from the venue we know very well so they would put a stop at it if it would happen. Also the tripod was always backed to the wall.

Zaal Belgie isn't just any venue as well, they have a great program every year (some real special shit happening there once and a while), I think i know about half the crowd that's always there.

I would be more carefull in any other venue in Belgium though.
