when is it noisy is a question too. is it noisy with amp alone is the first question. is it noisy when the pedals are activated etc.. .. maybe its just a bad patch cord. also using a power supply that doesn't match specific pedals can wreak havic. i suggest trying just amp, then one pedal at a time.
