My mum works for a mental health charity called Rethink in the uk, i hope you get the help you need and hopefully make a full recovery.

well after 3 months of waiting i finally got to see a pyschiatrist. he was a righteous dude, very decent, kept bringing up hunter s. thompson. i have some severe child hood traumas, and a very wierd view on "normality". so he has told me to get a prescription for an anti-depressant, and booked me in for pyschotherapy, which of course will take another 3 months before i can actually get an appointment.

mental illness is really quite fascinating, not so fun when you have it tho. the mainstream view of what it is and societies views on it are horribly messed up and ignorant as i have learned. whatever the fuck is up with me might hopefully get sorted soon. i could go on into a big discussion on mental health etc. but i'm not in the mood for anything other than yr kind words and attention.
