the roo is just too much for me... i had a good time last year, but i think i'll go to something maybe a bit smaller next time. maybe All Good in W Virginia, i went a couple years back and had a blast. saw the lips, the wooten family band & les claypool and ran around in the mountains. bonnaroo's just so huge and it's so hot and filled with people, it was pretty overwhelming, even when i wasn't on drugs. i liked their set up this year, you could get really close to any band you wanted to because there were so many stages. i was right up front for cat power, betty lavette, SY and radiohead (though i had to fight my way through a sea of annoying radiohead fans talking on their cell phones). once is enough!
